Dr Neha Shrivastava is a Senior Research Fellow for AITSC at the Guru Teg Bahadur (GTB) Hospital. She has completed a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Bangalore Institute of Dental Sciences, Karnataka and has a Post Graduate diploma in Public Health Management from the Public Health Foundation of India, Delhi.
Dr Shrivastava has about three years experience in the public health domain and has a wealth of experience relating to program development and management, health systems strengthening, and is adept at liaising with healthcare and administrative authorities.
Dr Shrivastava is successfully certified in the Abbreviated Injury Scale (AIS) and Injury Scaling coding course through the Association for the Advancement of Automotive Medicine (AAAM).
Dr Shrivastava started her career working with the NGO Kalyani Welfare Society, which focused on providing basic health services and to create awareness for Polio and HIV programmes to under-served people of slums and villages.
As a Senior Research Fellow, Dr Shrivastava supported the Principal Investigator of the GTB site in managing the day-to-day implementation of research projects for the AITSC. She was also responsible for the coordination of site data collection, with the focus on getting quality data, along with data entry.
