Mr Santosh Mahindrakar

Mr Santosh Mahindrakar is a Registered Nurse who has gone on to complete both his Masters in Community Health Nursing in 2010 and Masters for Public Health in 2014. He is a Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) coordinator at Symbiosis Health Science Institute, Symbiosis International University (SIU), Pune. Mr Mahindrakar is also a AAAM trained Abbreviated Injury Scaling (AIS) coder.
Mr Mahindrakar has been granted the National Eligibility Test (NET) and Junior Research Fellow (JRF) awardees from University Grant Commission (UGC), India in Community Medicine and Social Medicine subject.
Mr Mahindrakar has experience working as a faculty in various College of Nursing institutions. He was previously employed as a Research Assistant in Towards Improving Trauma Care Outcome In India (TITCO) Project at Jai Prakash Narayan Apex Trauma Centre (JPNATC), AIIMS, and New Delhi.
Mr Mahindrakar is currently working as a Senior Research Fellow for the Australia India Trauma Systems Collaboration at JPN Apex Trauma Centre. He is responsible for high quality data collection and entry for all trauma patients presenting to this site.
